Teaching Assistant Level 3 – Grade E spinal point 8 (£17,738.99-£18,143.16)
30 hrs per week term time only (8.30am-3.30pm)
We are looking to appoint an outstanding, experienced, committed and caring teaching assistant to work within our school.
The successful applicant must have:
- Be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 teaching assistant or equivalent
- Experience of working with children in a primary setting
- Experience in delivering intervention programmes to support reading, writing and mathematics
- Excellent subject knowledge in literacy and mathematics
- The ability to work with a range of pupils with different needs, including SEND and EAL
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Have very good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a willingness to undertake training
- Be flexible and adaptable
