Further to the updated announcement from government you will be aware that school will fully re-open to all students on Tuesday 2nd September 2020.

We want to re-assure you that we have carefully planned how we can re-open as safely as possible following local and national guidelines.

More than ever we will need to consider meeting our pupil’s emotional as well as their academic needs. With this in mind we have asked staff to plan and deliver a ‘recovery curriculum’ for at least the Autumn term. This will give pupils the time needed to re-engage with learning and focus on their resilience and emotional recovery.

Some of the adaptations to our curriculum will include teaching mixed year group planning to all groups in the Autumn term to allow pupils to ensure coverage of objectives that will have been missed due to not attending school.

If you have any questions about how we are keeping your children safe, or the adaptations we are making within school, please contact the school office via the school office in the first instance.
