The School Day

Due to current COVID-19 Restriction and Government Guidance, in the Autumn Term 2020/21, our school day will be temporarily altered to the following:

Breakfast Club:

All children will be offered breakfast bagels in classrooms at the beginning of the school day.  There will be a restricted Breakfast Childcare Provision that will run from 8.00am for children of key workers. This will be strictly limited in numbers and places MUST be booked and paid in advance at the school office.

School Times:

Morning Session Only:- 8:50am – 11:45am

Start time: 8:50am

End time: 3.00pm

Year 1 and Year 2

Start time: 8:50am

End time: 3.00pm

Year 3 and Year 4

Start time: 9:05am

End time: 3.10pm

Year 5 and Year 6

Start time: 8:50am

End time: 3.00pm

Playtimes and Lunchtimes will be staggered to enable social distancing between class ‘bubbles’.

It is essential that pupils are dropped off and collected at their allocated times to allow for social distancing and restricted numbers of people on school site at any time. We would also ask that, in the first instance, if parents and carers need to make contact with school staff they do so by telephone rather than visiting the school office.

The timings of the day may be subject to change dependent upon the most up to date guidance at a local and national level, parents and carers will be kept informed of any changes as soon as they occur.
